Seeing before acting: 3D imaging
The practice has its own cone beam scanner, a three-dimensional imaging device installed on site. In just a few seconds, it produces a 3D reconstruction of your jaws, teeth, roots and surrounding anatomical structures. Performed directly at our practice, this scan spares you a trip to a radiology center and lets us plan every step — implant placement, surgery, endodontics — with a precision that a simple X-ray cannot provide. Decisions are made on the basis of a faithful image of your actual anatomy.

Impressions without paste: 3D cameras and digital scanning
In the vast majority of cases, gone are the impression tray and the unpleasant paste that triggers gag reflexes. We take impressions of your teeth with 3D cameras: a small camera films your teeth and creates an extremely precise digital model, in a few minutes, with no discomfort at all. We have three of them, which allows us to work in parallel and never keep you waiting. These digital impressions are as accurate as traditional impressions, with the advantage of being far more comfortable and faster. In certain specific cases, a conventional impression remains preferable: we then choose the method best suited to your situation.


Your treatment in a single visit: CEREC
This is one of the great comforts our practice offers: for routine treatments such as a crown or an inlay, we design and manufacture the piece on site, during your appointment, thanks to CEREC technology and our in-house milling unit. In practice: your tooth is scanned, the restoration is designed on screen, then milled from a ceramic block in a few minutes, and fitted straight away. A single visit, no temporary restoration to put up with for weeks, no second appointment.

Seeing your smile before committing: 3D printing and simulation
We also have latest-generation 3D printers, which serve two purposes that are valuable for you: producing very high-quality temporary restorations — esthetic and comfortable throughout the treatment — and creating esthetic try-ins that you can test in your mouth before any definitive treatment.
We go even further with 3D smile simulation software: before we begin, we can show you an animated simulation of your future smile, projected onto your own face. You see the result, you discuss it with us, you fine-tune it — and you never commit to the unknown. Seeing before deciding is, for us, a condition of informed consent.
Operating to the millimeter: surgical navigation
For complex implant surgeries, the practice uses real-time surgical navigation — dynamic guidance still rare in France. The principle: the plan established on your 3D imaging is displayed live on screen during the procedure, and the position of the instruments is tracked continuously, like a GPS. Every movement is controlled to the millimeter. It is this technology that makes possible, among other things, our zygomatic implants, placed with maximum precision and safety.
Balancing your occlusion: neuromuscular analysis
Rebuilding teeth is not enough: they also need to work in harmony. The practice is equipped with a neuromuscular occlusal analysis system that records the relaxed position of your muscles and the actual movements of your jaw. This fine reading of your personal mechanics allows us to design rehabilitations that are not only beautiful, but functionally correct — which is what guarantees their comfort and longevity.
Mastering the prosthetics
The precision of a prosthesis — particularly an implant-supported bridge — determines its success and longevity. To keep control of this decisive stage, in certain cases Dr Choquet handles the prosthetic design himself, within the practice, directly managing the design parameters. For all cases, we work with French dental laboratories selected for their excellence — the best expertise for each situation.
