Our philosophy
Thirty years of implantology have taught me one simple thing: technology is only worth what it truly brings to the patient. If we have invested in guided surgery, real-time navigation and photogrammetry, it isn’t for the love of innovation — it’s because each of these tools makes treatment more precise, shorter, and easier to go through.
Rebuilding teeth isn’t enough: they also have to work in harmony with everything else. That’s why occlusion holds a central place in our approach, with some of the most advanced analysis available: neuromuscular electrostimulation to recover the muscles’ relaxed position, and digital recording of the movements of the jaw and condyles to understand each patient’s mechanics precisely. A rehabilitation is only successful when esthetics rest on a balanced function — that’s what guarantees comfort and longevity.
My conviction, built case after case: there is almost never a situation without a solution. The patients who come to the practice after being told that “nothing could be done” are often the ones we can help the most. That is the very reason for my commitment to training fellow practitioners: the techniques that change patients’ lives shouldn’t remain the exception.
Finally, one rule that is never up for negotiation: taking the time. Time to study each case in depth, time to clearly explain the options — with their advantages and their limits — and time to let the patient decide with full understanding.

A dental surgeon who graduated in Dentistry in Rio de Janeiro, she focuses on conservative care and periodontology.
She pays particular attention to gum health and to the overall care of the patient, in a rigorous and caring approach.
Dr Lucas Bernard
A dental surgeon who graduated in Dentistry in Marseille, he focuses on general dental care.
Also holding a University Diploma in oral esthetics, he takes a particular interest in prevention, the maintenance of oral health and esthetic harmony.
